THE CHALLENGE
An earlier version of Boots’ internal news magazine, pulse, had been criticised for being “too corporate” and “distant” from employees. Boots’ in-house IC team wanted to bring “some real personality” to their publication and hired Words&Pictures to help them develop a new, more engaging pulse.
THE CO-DEVELOPED SOLUTION
A much more vibrant, engaging, people- based publication…one that, according to the IC team, “everyone in the company now not only wants to read, but also wants to appear in”.
