T-Mobile Strategy
THE CHALLENGE
Prior to its merger with Orange, T-Mobile intended to make its overall corporate strategy both “understandable and accessible” to its people and the wider teams, inspiring them to make the strategy ‘their own’.
THE CO-DEVELOPED SOLUTION
A plan was devised to communicate the strategy in three phases with the creative solution based on developing T-Mobile’s own ‘cartoon family’ (The Beasleys) with each of the five family members representing and articulating a key objective. The engagement tool worked remarkably well… so well, in fact, that a cardboard cutout of the cartoon family’s dog, Max, was ‘kidnapped’ and held to ransom on Facebook for charity!
