The directors
Tony Layton, Managing Director
A journalist by training, Tony has worked throughout Europe as a foreign correspondent and magazine editor. He went on to join a pan-European management consultancy as Communications Director before establishing Words&Pictures in 1993.
David Lynch, Finance and Commercial Director
A qualified accountant with a Cranfield MBA David is a systems, process and IT specialist. He has extensive experience in PFi and large capital project operations and financing, and as a finance director in small and medium sized organisations.
Andy Holt, Creative Director
A multi-award-winning creative director, Andy has managed design at both a full-service design agency and national newspaper. He has considerable experience of working with major global brands delivering imaginative and effective design solutions.
Cathy Grant, Operations Director
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, Cathy has extensive experience of managing complex global internal communications projects, ensuring they deliver on budget, and to deadline.
