Project and production management
Because we put project managers at the centre of our operation, clients can be confident that we’ll deliver a fantastic product on time, to budget and with the minimum of hassle. The role of the project manager and that of the wider production team is to apply our rigorous approach to process, while involving the client at key steps along the way. It’s about putting the client first, not about drumming up extra business; we leave the account manager approach to ‘agencies’.
